Frequently Asked Questions
I registered, but now I can’t come to the class, may I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our classes are small and limited and require individual preparation, so while we would love to accommodate refunds, we cannot do so at this time.
Can I bring my children to play at your ranch while I take a class?
Class space is set up for registered participants only. We do not have anyone on-site to watch
kids during a class, and our liability policy does not cover unattended children. While we would
love to host your kiddos, we are unable to do so, however we do have classes and events
geared towards kids so that they can enjoy the ranch!
May I bring my nursing baby to class?
Yes, absolutely, we are family-friendly, and we only ask that you consider other guests if the
baby is fussy.
Where are you located?
We are in Cooke County near Lake Kiowa. Upon registering for a class, you will receive an email
with our address, driving directions, and parking instructions.
Do you rent out your lodge for parties or events?
Currently our lodge is only used for classes and family events. If you have something specific in
mind, please reach out to us at info@swiftarrowranch.com.
Will I have time to tour your ranch when I come for a class?
We don’t have personal tours; however you are free to come 20-30 minutes early and walk
around to see the animals and enjoy the property!
Will my phone work at your property?
Depending upon who your carrier is, there is a high probability you will not have cell service.
However, we do have Wi-Fi available for your convenience.
I’m an instructor and I’d like to teach a class, what process do I need to go through?
The first step is to reach out via email with details about the class you would like to teach. We
will then connect online, and later in person, to go over the instructor kit.
